AWS infrastructure, isolated per business, deleted within 30 days on request.
Where data lives
- All data sits on AWS infrastructure.
- Encrypted in transit over TLS and encrypted at rest.
- Each business has an isolated workspace, separated by business id.
- Daily backups, retained for 30 days.
Who can read it
- Three roles: admin, editor, viewer.
- Visibility is limited per data area, set when you invite a member.
- API keys and mailbox passwords are stored masked and never shown again.
- An access log records actions taken on prospect data.
What the platform will not do
- It will not send anything you have not approved.
- It will not sell or share your prospect data with third parties.
- It will not cold message private users on Facebook or Instagram, because Meta policy forbids it.
- It will not retain data past the limits below once you close your account.
Your rights
- View, edit, export and delete your data at any time in settings.
- Close your account and data leaves the main system within 30 days.
- Backups are cleared within 90 days.
- Requests go to [email protected].
Channel boundaries
Email sends automatically through the business inbox you register. Instagram DM applies only to a connected business account within the 24 hour window Meta allows. Prospects outside those two channels queue for manual send so you contact them yourself.
