- Account details: name, email, phone number and company name provided at sign-up.
- Data you upload: prospect lists, campaign content and notes created by your team.
- Data collected automatically from public sources according to the configuration you set.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and access logs used for security.
How we use data
- To operate the service, including sending messages and campaigns exactly as you approved them.
- To contact you about your account, invoices and important service changes.
- To detect fraud, abuse and breaches of our terms.
Sharing with third parties
- We do not sell your data.
- Data is shared only with the infrastructure and email delivery providers required to run the service, under confidentiality agreements.
- We disclose data when legally required by a competent authority.
Storage and security
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on AWS infrastructure.
- Each business sits in its own isolated data workspace.
- We back up daily and retain backups for 30 days.
Your rights
- You can view, correct, export and delete your data at any time from settings.
- When you close your account, data is removed from primary systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
