Terms of service
By creating an account or using AutoGrowth, you agree to the terms below.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be of legal age and authorised to represent the business you register.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send spam, fraudulent content or anything unlawful.
- You are responsible for the lawful origin of any recipient list you upload.
- We may suspend an account in breach after notice, except in urgent cases.
Payment
- Fees are charged in advance for the monthly or yearly cycle you select.
- Monthly plans cancel any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the fault is ours.
Service level
- We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Professional and Enterprise plans.
- Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Intellectual property
- The data and content you upload belong to you.
- The AutoGrowth software, interface and documentation belong to JWISDOM SYSTEM INC.
Limitation of liability
- The service is provided on an as-is basis.
- Our liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
- We announce material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
- Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
